  • Your insurance card or policy information
  • A valid government-issued ID
  • Any paperwork related to the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) or pre-approvals

Insurance

Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)?

Absolutely. We are a CDCP-friendly dental clinic. Our team can help verify your eligibility and directly bill the CDCP for covered treatments. Learn more on our Canadian Dental Care Plan page or our insurance information page.

Do you directly bill insurance companies?

Yes. We offer direct billing to most insurance providers, so you don't have to deal with the paperwork yourself. In most cases, you only pay the portion not covered by your insurance plan, if applicable.

What happens if I do not have dental insurance?

If you do not have dental insurance, we offer transparent pricing and flexible payment options. We'll provide an upfront estimate so you can make informed decisions about your dental care.

What if I'm unsure what my insurance covers?

No problem! Our front desk team is happy to help review your dental benefits and provide a clear explanation of your coverage before treatment begins.

Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)

What is the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)?

The CDCP is a federal dental program designed to help eligible Canadians access affordable dental care if they do not have private dental insurance and meet certain income requirements.

Am I eligible for CDCP coverage?

You may qualify if you:

  • Do not have private dental insurance
  • Are a Canadian resident for tax purposes
  • Have filed your taxes
  • Have a household income under $90,000 annually

Contact our office and we'll be happy to help you determine your eligibility.

What services are covered under the CDCP?

The CDCP may cover services such as exams, cleanings, X-rays, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, dentures, and more. Certain treatments may require preauthorization or approval.

Do you offer direct billing to the CDCP?

Yes! We directly bill the CDCP for approved treatments, making the process easier and more convenient for our patients.
